LONG STORY SHORT
日本大学芸術学部映画学科卒業。アニメーションを専攻し、キャラクターデザインやイラスト制作等を学ぶ。制作会社・アパレルブランドでのデザイナー勤務を経て独立。
アメコミやカートゥーン、1940~60年代のデザインから影響を受けたユーモラスな（時々毒っ気のある）イラストやキャラクターデザインを得意とし、ロゴデザインやアパレルブランドの商品グラフィック、書籍挿絵、大規模イベントのキービジュアルなど国内外問わず様々な媒体で活動中。

El Pino has studied Animation, Illustration and design at Nihon University, College of Art. After University, he got jobs as a designer / illustrator at a design studio and an apparel brand. After those experiences, he became independent.
He was influenced by American comics, cartoons and mid-century modern style, and specializes in illustrations and character designs with a humorous (and sometimes ironic) atmosphere.
Now he is active in a variety of media, including logo designs, apparel graphics, book illustrations, and key visuals for massive events, in spite of domestic and foreign.
