DESIGN FEE
I will prepare an estimate of production costs based on the scale, content, and scope of the requested project. If you have a specific budget , please let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate it. After confirming the contents of the estimate, there is no problem in deciding whether or not to actually commission the project.
WORKFLOW
1. Inquiry: Please provide me with the details of your request (purpose of design, media to be used, deadline, budget, format of data to be delivered, etc.) to the extent you are comfortable with.
2.Meeting: We will discuss more specific details on Email. I will prepare an estimate and schedule after your inquiry or after our meeting. I will do my best to fit your needs, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
3. Rough design proposal：We will provide a rough design proposal based on the discussion. Please note that charges apply upon the start of rough design production, and any cancellations after production has begun will incur fees for the rough design.
4. Design confirmation /revised design proposal: Please check the contents of the proposal and prepare instructions on points to be revised. I will prepare a revised design based on the revision instructions.
5. Design confirmation / Final data production：We will create the final draft data based on the confirmed design."
6.Design confirmation / Final adjustments: You will review adjustments and changes based on the content of the design. I will do final adjustments in preparation for delivery. Please note that additional revision fees may apply in case of significant content changes or additional modifications.
7. Delivery: I will deliver the data in the data format specified by you.
8. Payment: An invoice will be issued after completion of delivery, so please pay by the due date.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations after production has started will incur payment for the work completed up to that point of the progress.
PAYMENT METHOD
For payments from outside of Japan, the payment will be made to your PayPal account. i usually require payment by the end of the month following the month in which the invoice is issued, but we can also accommodate your company's regulations, so please feel free to contact us.
COPYRIGHT & SECONDARY USE
I typically do not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights for productions. If you intend to use the material for a different medium than initially requested, additional charges will be incurred as a separate usage fee. Please consult with me for details.
